Perez & Co. Films

Born from the creative roots of For The Glory Productions, Perez & Co. Films is a documentary brand film studio based in Valencia, helping Santa Clarita Valley and Los Angeles businesses, nonprofits, and brands turn their story into strategy.

Our work includes the feature documentary The Life of Taurean Dorotae Lee, streaming on nine platforms including Tubi and Amazon Prime, and two films screened at Laemmle Theatres in Newhall. We're also listed in the City of Santa Clarita Film Office business library.

How much does it cost to work with Perez & Co. Films?

Most clients begin between $5K and $10K depending on scope and which system fits best. We offer four tiers starting at $5K. Santa Clarita and Los Angeles clients are welcome to book a call, and we'll tell you exactly what makes sense for your goals before any commitment. We're currently booking new clients.

Where are you based and what areas do you serve?

We're based in Valencia and serve the entire Santa Clarita Valley, including Newhall, Saugus, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic, plus Los Angeles. Travel within the area is built into your project scope. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Do you offer one-off video projects?

Occasionally. But our focus is on building strategic content systems rather than one-off videos. A single video rarely moves the needle — a system does.

What's the difference between a "video" and a system?

A video is a deliverable. A system is a strategy with deliverables attached — built around your funnel, your audience, and your growth goals.

How do I know which system is right for me?

That's what the first call is for. We'll talk through where you are, where you want to go, and what content your audience needs to trust and hire you.

How long does a project take?

Most projects are delivered within 4–8 weeks of the production date depending on scope. You'll have a clear timeline before we begin — and we stick to it.
